Print the label and the shipping authorization;
Go to a post office with the printed documents and the packaged product;
All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are covered by Forjoeste.
Done! Now just wait for the product to be received by Forjoeste, and your purchase cancellation, the resending of a new product, or the refund will be authorized as agreed during customer service.
