Machine made of 1020 steel, constructed from laser-cut sheet blocks to be super durable and easy to maintain after years of work, without fragile and easily worn cast parts in its structure.
This machine features a very fast cutting system with material feed by pneumatic cylinders and tempered clamps for precise cuts.

The material length is defined by a manually checked numerical scale. Once set, the machine repeats the process until the material runs out.

The cylinder that raises the machine has an opening adjustment to prevent it from rising too high when cutting small-diameter material, making the machine faster. The cutting feed is defined for each material type using hydro-check.
The machine requires compressed air to operate with a minimum pressure of 8 bars and air consumption of 12 liters per cycle.
